Choose Gift For Anime Fans

Whether you need a gift for Christmas, a birthday or other occasion, anime fans can be hard to buy for, especially if you know little about the world known as "anime". First, let me explain a little about it. Anime is a type of animation that started in Japan. Basically, you can call it a Japanese version of cartoons. However, it has some big differences. Where American animation tends to be geared primarily towards children, there are actually many types of anime resin kit, geared for many ages and interests. For instance, there are series targeted squarely at young boys, young girls, young women and so on. There are also adult series, with more adult themes and content. There are also many different thematic styles of anime, including those centered around robots (called mecha), romantic series, fighting series, school life series and so on.

In order for you to choose a fantastic gift for the Japanese animation fan in your life, you first need an idea of what anime series or at least what kind of theme they enjoy. Find out by perusing their DVD collection or checking what they watch on TV. Once you know the series they like, here are some suggestions for surefire gifts for any anime fan:

Manga

Manga is simply the Japanese version of comic books or graphic novels. Many anime series are based on a manga series. Any anime fan would love the original manga their favorite series is based on. For original Japanese manga, you can usually find some on eBay and at Japanese importers like JustManga and Manga.com. For the most popular series, like Inuyasha anime figures, you can find English translated manga books at many major bookstores.

Live Action and Japanese Drama DVD's

Some anime and manga series have a live action version, like Sailor Moon, that a Sailor Moon fan would likely be interested in. If they seem interested in Japanese culture, then consider getting them some Japanese TV drama series. There are many Japanese drama series aimed at tweens and teens that usually take place in school or high school. Check out Nodame Cantabile, Hana Yori Dango and Gokusen, each was based on anime or manga series or both. Look for these series at places like YesAsia and on eBay. Make sure to get the English subtitled versions.

Toys

Some anime series, like Gundam, Neon Genesis Evangelion,WWE Action Figures and others, have many toys available. If you really want to get a special gift, try to get some of the toys that are imported from Japan. Toys available include action figures, vehicles, stuffed toys, models and dolls. You can find toys for the most popular series at major toy stores, but for not so popular series, try eBay, YesAsia and other import websites.

Clothing & Apparel

Some anime fans enjoy dressing up as their favorite character, this is called "cosplay". Try to find out who their favorite character is and get them a costume or accessories. For instance, an Inuyasha fan would love a necklace like the one Inuyasha wears or a play sword like he uses. Or go all out and get them a full costume just like their favorite character. One place to check out is CosplayMagic.com.

Surging ahead with the animation

Dynamism made happen in today's web sites with the help of sorts of animated WWE Action Figures is a nice thing to give them a lively and happening look. Conceptually, animation might include anything which exhibits motion in its stride - hence it might include popping text on the site to full fledged videos, Flash applications or animated movies. It is strange but true that certain kind of graphics where the motion is not noticeable can also be called animation. This article is primarily concerned with the kind of animation where sensing the motion of the object is not difficult and motion catches the attention easily.

Animation has got promising potential for web sites. The human propensity to spot the object in motion is far more greater than object at rest. That's the reason prudent marketers, and intelligent advertisers use animation to get viewers' attention to their enticing offerings, or marketing messages in the hope of favorable end results. Undoubtedly, animated objects grab human attention. Whether it leads to favorable end results is something largely dependent on the specialty of offer and behavioral dynamics of consumers. Nevertheless, animation plays its vital role in the process.

Human touch to animation is critical -- Go for intuitive and organic animation

Animation resin kit, when used on the sites, should appear to be human and natural. Human beings are environmentally trained to perceive the motion of object right in the manner they see it in every day's life, from their birth to death. Therefore, animation exhibited on the web sites should be what people would like to see and what conforms to their subconscious expectations. This is what human or natural animation is all about.

With the right use of animation, the chances of clickability of an icon or a link increase. But the thing which must be kept in mind that it is the right use of animation, not otherwise. The right use of animation is analogous to intuitive, aesthetics, natural and organic use to serve your purpose. Your ability to use animation in the right manner is not something you will develop all of a sudden - experience and curiosity will teach you many great lessons.

Animation which lacks human or natural elements can prove to be a feature most despised by the users. Excessive or mindless use of animation to showcase your unique creative potential can turn into a big nuisance. One can well imagine the correlation of making nuisance and doing business all at the same time.

How to make animation engaging rather than merely natural

Remember that there is a very thin line between making the animation engaging and making it disgusting and annoying. What appeals to human mind is a complex and delicate issue. Overstepping on such path is a road ahead to disaster. However, there are certain principles and guidelines, which when adhered to, ensure that you do not cross the limits of human creative and intuitive appeal. These thumb rules are meant to be a beckoning light which can illuminate your ways -- while you strive to make the anime figures animation not only natural, but engaging too.

Do you really know what Anime is?

Anime is, simply put, pvc figure animation that's made in Japan. I'll give you some examples of anime that you might know. Speed Racer, Hello Kitty, Pokemon, RoboTech, Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, and a lot of the cartoons you find on Cartoon Network qualify as well, particularly Adult Swim.

Thankfully our country has gotten the rights to translate the stories from Japanese to English, because the storylines in anime are really good. Often they're better than what Hollywood shovels into your brain.

That's basically what anime is. Now let's talk about what it's not.

Anime is not a genre; it's an art form; a medium. From now on I want you to think of anime as being equated with movies, books, music, etc; all the entertainment media. Just like you have movies for kids, movies for teens, adults, so it is with anime.

All your entertainment comes in 31 flavors, right? Comedy, horror, drama, suspense, action, etc. You file similar movies on the same shelf in the store, don't you? But you shouldn't be putting all anime on the same shelf because anime is not a genre. It's a medium, like movies are a medium, like books are a medium. A medium can have any genre of entertainment in it; well so can anime. Anime is not all sex and violence as some people will tell you. When I hear someone say that anime is sex and violence, that immediately tells me that they watched probably one particular anime show that had that and then they go "Oh well that's how it all is."

Now granted, some anime figures has that. Just like some movies have that. Just like some books have that. Does that make all books bad? No. So why should it for anime? Again, anime is an art form, not a genre. Anime can have comedy, it can have horror, drama, suspense, action, hey it can even have porn or blood-and-gut, but that doesn't mean it all has it! I'm not going to lie to you and say that anime is all happy goodness and none of it has anything you don't want to see. There is good stuff, and there is bad stuff, and there is everything in between, just like any other form of entertainment. If somebody came up to you and said "Hey man, we should really be censoring these 'movies' that people are talking about. They're all sex and violence. I mean every movie has that in it, and I don't think we should let our kids be watching movies." Would you believe that? No, you'd go "Excuse me, but that doesn't apply to all movies leave me alone."

You've got a rating system in the movies, right? G, PG, PG-13, R, NC-17. Anyway, think about the movies. Just because Lord of the Rings was PG-13, did that mean it was necessarily bad for kids to watch? That's opinionated. Okay, think of a movie you like but your kids don't like resin kit because they don't understand it. The themes are over their heads and they don't go for all that characterization. In our movie rating system what would we rate a movie like that? It doesn't have anything the kids shouldn't be seeing, it's just that they don't understand. What do you think MPAA would rate it?

Why is Anime Addicting

Does it surprise you that there are so many people who make resin kit animation the center of their lives? Just as cigarettes and alcohol can be addicting, anime can be addicting too. People who are addicted to anime, however, are termed as otaku, or animation addicts to be exact. There are people who do nothing all day but watch & think about anime, theorize & collects anime products, squeal about anime, and dream about it as well Well, that's not really the truth and they still do a lot of stuff that are not related to anime, but I think you get the point. They are totally and undeniably addicted to anime and who can blame them? Anime is just about one of the most addicting things in the world. But what makes it so addicting?

As a self-confessed animation addict, I'll have to say that there are several reasons why anime is so addicting for many people.

Characters

The first, and probably the most compelling reason of all, is the sheer beauty by which the makers create their characters. Out of all cartoons in the world, it is only in Japanese anime that I have seen such well rounded and realistic characters that are so distinctly human. Anime does not delude the viewers into thinking that someone can be perfect. The heroes and heroines in anime, beautiful as they may be, have their own flaws and insecurities. They're not like the princesses in the cartoon fairy tales who are epitomes of grace and goodness, and are thereby incredibly flat and drab. Anime heroes and heroines are human, and their humanity makes them all the more interesting.

Also, because they each have their own personalities, we're sure to find at least one character in every show with whom we can relate with and empathize with. And this is one of the biggest reasons why we get hooked in anime figures versus American cartoons because we're always trying to find out what's going to happen with our favorite characters.

Plots

The plots in anime are just as much reason to get addicted as the characters themselves. Anime Series are almost always gifted with great plots. The plots are seldom ever watered down to suit the audience, thus never undermining the intelligence of the viewers as some of the other cartoon series do. They anime makers can dish out the most elaborate plots and never worry whether anyone will understand whether they will be understood or not - after all, anime is not simply a franchise, it's a form of art, and if people don't understand it today. Then maybe the people of tomorrow will.

Anime plots are always suffused with a sufficient amount of suspense, drama, intrigue, politics, and enough twists and turns to leave your jaw hanging. And not only that, they're usually deep and always have a lesson attached to them.

Animation

Okay, let's not deny it. Part of the reason why we watch anime is because it simply looks amazing. Although they are in 2D format, sometimes they are drawn even better then the ones that are created in 3D. Those overly large eyes, those gravity defying pvc figure hairstyles, those weirder than weird clothes; they're simply perfect and enough to make anyone keep coming back for more. The artistic amazement is just none stop however you look at it.

Animations That Walk You Through Realities

Animation is the simulation of movement created by the continuous display of a sequence of pictures, or frames to generate a 2D or 3D artwork or pvc figure, thereby rendering an illusion of movement. Animation is achieved through persistence of vision that produces an optical illusion of still and inert objects.

Animation is synonymous to visual effects. Animation may be imparted to individual objects in an environment; for instance, a ball may be animated to voluntarily swirl on a playground. Animation is commonly applied to animated films or cartoons, feature films, short films, television series, stop-motion films, comic strips, etc.

Several techniques and approaches are employed by various animation service companies while designing an animated work. Traditional, Stop motion, Computer animated (2D and 3D), Drawn-on-film animation, flip book animation, paint-on-glass, pinscreen animation, pixel art, sand animation, Character animation, Chuckimation, Multi-sketching, Animatronics, etc. are some of the majorly used techniques buy the animators to give a realistic look and feel to the animated works.
Computer animated techniques like 2D animation and 3D animation are now revolutionizing the animation world with its unique approach and styles. Computer aided anime figures are used to digitize the animation works, thus bring about life to the idea or design.

2D animations are used to make PowerPoint animations, Flash animations, or Analog computer animations. Morphing, tweening, onion skinning and interpolated rotoscoping are some of the traditional computerized animation techniques used by the designers. Waltz with Bashiris, a 2008 Israeli animated documentary film is one of the most popular examples of 2D animation works.

Avatar, Beowulf, Polar Express, Kung-Fu Panda, Ice Age, and more, saw the magic of 3D animation dawn on them. The unbelievable is made believable through various advanced 3D technology, software tools and techniques like rigging, mathematical functions, fire and water effects, simulated fur or hair. Shades, lights, colors, movements, expressions, speech, and other actions are professionally maneuvered to make the non-existent objects mimic the real life. Some of the dedicated animation service providers offer state-of-the art and creative 3D animation services like 3D Character Design, 3D Motion Graphics, 3D Modeling, 3D Walkthrough, 3D Games, 3D Commercial Production, 3D Architectural services, 3D Technical Recreation, etc.

With high scope of growth, the resin kit animation services can elegantly balance the technical as well as artistic aspects of an animation to visually communicate the idea or message of an organization. Fun, excitement, entertainment, and style in a movie or cartoon can now be achieved at rapid pace without any avatar-sized budget to meet the future technological developments and bizarre ideas.
